Monthly service-business performance

Enter one month of business figures for a concise, formula-based Snapshot. One free introductory Snapshot per normalized email includes all nine metrics currently supported.

What we store and why

Your figures, optional business name, calculated report, and access-token digest are stored to calculate, deliver, and provide private access to the Snapshot. They are deleted after 30 days. The submitted email is used for free-report eligibility, delivery, and support; for a free report, it is deleted with the report data after 30 days.

For paid orders, the normalized email, selected scope, fixed total, provider checkout-session reference, and order/delivery status are retained to verify payment, deliver the report, and provide support. These minimal order records are kept for 24 months by default; the server setting can be adjusted for applicable legal requirements.

A keyed digest of the normalized email is retained while the one-intro offer remains active; the free-use marker does not contain the raw email. Email-based limits are not strong identity verification. Card details are collected and handled by the payment provider; Pencairn does not store them.

A clear, one-time price

The introductory Snapshot is free once per normalized email. Paid reports are a one-time $20 for Core plus $5 for each selected supported add-on, up to $35. The full selected scope and total appear before checkout. There is no subscription, revenue-based pricing, or additional charge.
